What exactly do your programs cover? +

Our programs focus on three areas: capturing family memories and stories, organising personal records and documents, and learning general concepts around succession and estate planning in plain English. All content is educational and administrative — we do not offer legal or financial advice.

Do I need any prior knowledge to join? +

Not at all. Each program is designed for ordinary families without any legal or financial background. We use straightforward language throughout and encourage questions at every stage.

Can the whole family attend together? +

Yes, and we encourage it. Sessions work best when multiple family members are present, as they are designed around shared conversation and collective understanding. Different generations are all equally welcome.

How long does each program take? +

The Story & Memory Workshop typically runs as a single half-day session. The Records Tidy service includes a working session of two to three hours plus ongoing check-in. The Family Conversation Program spans several weeks with optional group sessions included.

Are sessions held in person or online? +

We are based in Bo Phut, Ko Samui and primarily run in-person sessions. We can discuss remote participation for families based elsewhere in Thailand. Please contact us to talk about your situation.

What happens to the documents I bring? +

We only organise materials you bring and share with us. We do not retain copies of personal documents after a session. Your privacy matters to us and we handle all information with discretion.

Is this relevant for expat families in Thailand? +

Very much so. Many of our participants are international families living in or visiting the Gulf of Thailand area. Our programs are conducted in English and are relevant regardless of your country of origin.
